Was
first built in 1999 by Tickford, During 2001 FRP
452 sustained a serious accident and was sold
as salvage to FMS Spares in Rainham, Essex.
FRP 452 was then purchased by Pumabuild in late
2001 and undertook a full rebuild. A new body
shell was used as a base and only new Ford Racing
parts were used. FRP 452 took 6 months of my spare
time to complete and return it to its original
condition.
12 Months later Richard of FMS spares sold me
one of the first damaged Focus RS's It was only
then did I think of the idea of a Focus RS powered
Racing Puma. The Focus RS had covered only 75
miles !!!
6 months later FAST FORD featured M1 FRP on the
front cover as the first and only RS powered Racing
Puma. |
